On May 12, a guest lecturer in the Master's program "Energy Markets and Services" at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski” was lawyer Nikolay Kiskinov, Founder and Managing Partner of Vladimirov Kiskinov Law Firm. He presented the process of licensing natural gas traders in Bulgaria according to the latest amendments to the Energy Act, as well as other current topics in the field of energy law.

Nikolay Kiskinov has a Master's degree in Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with a Faculty Award for the highest success. He specializes in AUBG Energy Liberalization and BCCI mediation. Since January 2014 he has been a Founder and Managing Partner at Vladimirov Kiskinov Law Firm. Prior to that, he worked as an energy expert for members of the European Parliament, as well as in AD Penkov, Markov and Partners. Since September 2015 he has been the Legal Secretary of the Free Energy Market Association. He's a member of the Sofia Bar Association and honorary member of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Association.
