Organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University, the Summer School on Modeling and Complex Systems is being held for the ninth time and is open for applications.
The school will take place from July 14 to July 23 at the Еducational and Sports Rehabilitation Base Semkovo, Rila Mountain. The target audience is PhD students in their first 18 months and advanced students (masters).
The official language for written materials is Bulgarian or English, and for lectures - Bulgarian. The deadline for applications is June 20, 2023, with candidates required to fill out the application form. Only some of the applications will be approved and they will be notified by email on June 26 and will receive further instructions.

Participation in the summer school is free of charge, but there are accommodation costs, partly covered by Science and Research Fund at Sofia University.
The main goals of the school include creating an attitude for studying and applying scientific methods in research, changing students' attitudes, and improving knowledge and skills for scientific work.
