The meeting brought together over 60 “alumni” from one of the most sought-after economics majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in the last few years. Over the 17-year history of the master's program, there have been over 400 master's graduates, with more than 90% of them realizing their specialty and working in one of the highest paid industries in Bulgaria. Among them are a number of representatives of senior and middle management of large enterprises in these sectors of the economy, as well as heads of state and local administration.

The chairman of the board of the Association of Graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA Alumni Club) – Liliana Georgieva – also participated in the meeting.

According to a previously conducted online survey of group representatives, a large portion of this “interested” alumni club would participate in initiatives such as guest lectures, topical discussions, applied science projects, and networking events. The initiative will retain its informal character, and meetings will be held at least several times a year. In the meantime, ideas will be collected for other club activities.

The organizers of the gathering were students from the class of 2022 – Mihaela Dimitrova and Kaloyan Milushev. If you missed the meeting and want to participate in subsequent meetings and activities, you can contact the head of the master's program Assoc. Dr. Atanas Georgiev at email: ageorgiev@feb.uni-sofia.bg.
