Guest Lecture – Master’s in Outsourcing

Innovation in HR Management at Sofia University

Milena Balevska, HR Administration and Payroll Manager at Pontica Solutions, was a guest speaker in the first Master’s program in the field of outsourcing at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Sofia University).

The lecture was part of the ‘Innovation in HR Management’ course. We had a discussion about what’s important when it comes to understanding your payslip and went through the different types of bonuses and compensations.

Pontica will continue to take part in the Master’s program during the second semester with lectures on outsourcing topics from the provider’s perspective.
