Master’s students from the MBA program in Strategic Management had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture by Dr. Irina Yanchovska on the topic “Employees’ Job Satisfaction and Its Relation to Their Individual Performance in the Workplace.” Dr. Irina Yanchovska is a former PhD student at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University. She has significant research experience with employees in companies from the IT sector. Her lecture sparked great interest and was accompanied by numerous questions from the students.
