Last Thursday, April 20, students from the "Accounting, Finance and Digital Applications" major with English language bachelor's program were invited to a lecture at the KPMG office in Sofia.

Within it, they were able to look through the prism of the auditing profession - the topic of "Salary Expenses" and get to know the auditing tests and their specifics. At the end of the lecture, the students had the opportunity to ask the lecturers their questions and have lunch together.

The lecture is part of this year's new discipline, "Introduction to Auditing", led by KPMG partners - Ivan Andonov, Sevdalina Dimova, and Plamen Valnev. The course is implemented as a continuation of the partnership between KPMG and Sofia University and aims to connect the academic sphere with business. After the successful completion of the case study, the participants will have acquired the necessary practical and in-depth knowledge for a successful start in their careers.
