Plant epigenetics; Chromatin organization and gene expression; Non-coding RNAs, siRNAs

Plant molecular genetics; Gene expression and regulation of gene activity.

Scientific activity:

Organization and activity of rRNA genes in translocation lines of barley (H. vulgare), genetic and epigenetic regulation.

dFMRP epigenetic control of gene expression at chromatin level in D. melanogaster.
