The first meeting of the working group on OP "Science and education for intelligent development 2014 - 2020" was he;d today in the Conference Hall. The official opening was attended by the Minister of Education, Corresponding Member of BAS, Prof. Nikolay Miloshev.
Prof. Miloshev and Prof. Pankov discussed hot issues in the filed of education before the meeting, stressing on the funding and human factor.
The main goal of the new OP is achieving intelligent development through enhanced quality of the research and education. European funding is ensured to support five priority fields: scientific research and technology development, development of the connections of the education, business and employment, education as social inclusion factor, lifelong learning and improvement of the educational infrastructure.
