Prof. Kapriev defined the book as a dream which came true. He also noted one of the positive sides of the book: making a comparison with the statements made by Bulgarian Renaissance activists. He found the encyclopaedias for women especially interesting. Yet the idiom "We may learn something we wouldn't like to know" made even deeper impression, and was identified as the main issue of this "sad book", dedicated to the prejudice of the European thinking.
