Sofia University hosted the promotion of the new edition of the book "Istoria Slavyanobolgarskaya" (Slavonic-Bulgarian History) by Saint Paisius of Hilendar.

The Abbot of the Zograph Monastery archimandrite Amvrosii, Znepolski bishop (bishop of Znepol) Iohan, the first churchwarden of the Zograph Visarion and hieromonk Gabriel of the Zograph Monastery Monastery were among the guests of the event.

The book was presented by Prof. Boryana Velcheva, Assoc. Prof. Elena Tacheva and Prof. Nadezhda Dragova, who is the oldest living researcher of "Istoria Slavyanobolgarskaya".

"Istoria Slavyanobolgarskaya" is set in an adequate historic and theological context for the first time, leaving the ideology of the contemporary politics away.
