A workshop on "Europe in time of crisis" started in the Conference Hall. It is organized by the circle group on Constitutional Law, Sofia university, the Spanish Embassy in Bulgaria, the European Council on Foreign Affairs and the Liberal Strategies Centre.
Mr. Zhelyu Zhelev, Bulgarian President from 1992 to 1997 was an official guest of the workshop.
The two panel sessions today were dedicated to the impact of the crisis in Europe at institutional level, as well as at member-states level.
