Master's program European Union law is implemented by the 2007-2008 school, under the patronage of Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria 
 and with the support of the Ambassador of France.
The program is implemented jointly by the Sofia University and the University of Loren "Universitè de Lorraine" - Unification of the Universities of Nancy and Metz, France (through the European University Center-Nancy) on the basis of an agreement between the two universities through the Center for Continuing Education at the Faculty of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ", the Bulgarian side and the universities of Strasbourg, Bordeaux and Nice on the French side.
The program offers a thorough training in the matter of EU law. Learning is distinguished by its practical goals and successful exercise of the rights and duties of Bulgaria as an EU member. The purpose of the Master's program is to provide thorough and practical knowledge and skills for the creation and implementation of specific EU law and the functioning of the judiciary and the role of EU national enforcers.
Teaching is done by the best Bulgarian and French experts, including Professor Jean Paul Jacquet (former director of the Legal Service of the EU Council), Prof. Florence Benoit-Romer (President of the University of Strasbourg III "Robert Schumann" for 2003 -2008), Dr. Ivan Boev and Professor Dominique Ritleng (referent in the WEC) of Strasbourg, Professor Joel Rido Nice, Professor Jean-Claude Gottron from Bordeaux, Professors Jack Etienne, Jean-Denis Mouton, Alain Byuzle Yves Petit, Gael by Nancy Marti, Prof. Marie-France Christophe-Chakalof the Sorbonne, Paris and many others.
A. Professionals program is designed for a bachelor's or master's degree in Law, International Relations, International Economic Relations, Public Administration and European Studies. Admission is carried out under the general rules for admission to the University "St. Kliment Ohridski ".
Master's program lasts one academic year, two semesters, 585 hours and 60 credit ESTS system according to the curriculum.

Program is designed to lay a bachelor's or master's degree in disciplines other than Law, International Relations, International Economic Relations, Public Administration and European Studies. Admission is carried out under the general rules for admission to the University "St. Kliment Ohridski ". Master's program lasts one academic year and a half, three semesters, 780 hours and 90 credit ESTS system according to the curriculum.
Participants fluent in French, are recorded as both students at the University of Lorraine, France, and the Sofia University and take exams and defend the thesis in French, enabling them to receive two diplomas to Master's degree - University of Sofia ( only after passing an additional examination of the Bulgarian state) and the University of Lorraine, France (level M2).
Candidates who do not speak French, also received a diploma in French - a certificate of specialization. Master's program does not give legal capacity. Master graduates can work in the specialty at home and abroad - both in government and international bodies and organizations and the private sector or governmental structures.
