Corporate/Business Partnerships

The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration strives to maintain a continuous relationship between the faculty and the business community by making efforts to strengthen existing as well as create new partnerships within several major lines of business.

List of cooperation agreements with companies and institutions

1. Teaching and research

Among the distinguishing features of teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration is the practical orientation of the courses taught. Alongside an experienced team of lecturers, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administation works together with established professionals in the fields of management, economics and finance through the following activities:

• guest lectures by representatives from the business sector within the regular classes of our bachelor’s and master's programmes;
• joint development of individual or a group of thematically united specialized courses with the participation of business experts, aimed both at the students of the Bachelor and Master programmes of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and at all those wishing to specialize and improve their professional qualification;
• development of joint master’s and PhD programmes adapted to the needs of our corporate partner;
• organization of corporate training.

The efficiency, development and expansion of these activities is supported by the boards of trustees of our Bachelor's and Master's programmes with the participation of business representatives. With their help, continuous adaptation and updating of the educational process to the needs of the labor market is carried out.

2. Career-oriented activities

The Career Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration supports a number of initiatives supporting the professional realization and growth of current and graduated students, such as:

• posting job and internship positions on the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration website;
• spreads information from employers among the contact base of current and graduate Faculty of Economics and Business Administration students;
• directly recruits candidates for advertised vacancies;
• organizes information meetings between employers and students, as well as career-oriented meetings.

3. Activities aimed at corporate social responsibility

Along with the long-standing traditional activities in support of sustainable development, the Dean's Office has launched a number of initiatives, including the construction of the modern appearance of the building and the green areas in front of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, the improvement of material and technical facilities in the study halls, the creation of shared working spaces (co-working spaces) and the implementation of modern teaching methods and techniques. Some of these undertakings have already been successfully implemented with the support of corporate and private donors, in connection with which:

• we are developing a section on the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration website where we maintain and regularly update the list of donors;
• cover news of donations made through press releases in the media;
• we work in favor of building a vision of social responsibility, both of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and of the donating companies.
