On March 14, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Petya Tanova from Frederick University of Cyprus gave a public lecture to the first year students from the specialties "Economics and Finance" (French program) and "Business Administration" (German and French program) from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

In her lecture, Assoc. Prof. Tanova emphasized the peculiarities of the Cypriot economy, the channels for the transfer of cyclic fluctuations and the guidelines of the economic policy held in Cyprus for their mastery. The discussed topics by Prof. Tanova provoked the interest within the students and thus a discussion was formed.
