At the end of October 2021, the latest book by Chief Assist. Prof. Ivanka Mihaylova, PhD (lecturer at the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration) was published.

The book is entitled “Managerial Strategies for Interventions in Conflicts between Employees” and presents the results of a study on third-party roles played by managers in subordinates’ conflicts. Two characteristics of managers - their attitudes to conflict and their knowledge of conflict, have been studied as factors that influence the use of managerial intervention strategies.

The book can be useful for managers and researchers, students and their professors, as well as for anyone interested in conflicts in organizations and their management.
