On December 3, 2022, Krasi Eneva, alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, gave a lecture on “User Experience”. Ms. Eneva has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and is a part-time lecturer at FEBA.

She currently holds the responsible position of Product Owner at @Sitecore. During her lecture, the question of the consumer journey and the importance of marketing research sparked particular interest among students.
