Last week, students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration had the opportunity to attend two guest lectures as part of the course "Organizational Management Models for Quality and Organizational Excellence". The lectures were delivered by distinguished experts - Assoc. These sessions enriched students' theoretical knowledge through practical examples and empirical data.
The first lecture, delivered by Assoc. Prof. Todor Yalamov, Ph.D., provided an in-depth exploration of planning under risk and uncertainty. The speaker emphasized current trends and challenges in the field, fostering critical thinking and constructive discussions among participants.
