The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) signed a dual degree agreement with the University of Applied Sciences in Worms (Hochschule Worms, UAS Worms), Germany, effective from the 2024–2025 academic year. As part of the Erasmus+ program, students in their 5th and 6th semesters of the “Business Administration” program (taught in German) can obtain a second higher education degree from UAS Worms in “International Management” by completing coursework and exams in specifically designated disciplines, including the defense of a bachelor's thesis, earning a total of 60 ECTS credits.
Detailed requirements can be found in the attached agreement on the program’s webpage. It also includes information about the courses that must be completed and successfully passed when students return from UAS Worms to FEBA for their 7th and 8th semesters to obtain a degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
The conditions for obtaining a dual degree are aligned with the curriculum of the “Business Administration” program, taught in German and do not extend the overall duration of the study period.
On November 21 (Thursday) at 4:00 PM in Room 417, students in the “Business Administration” program in German will have the opportunity to learn more details about the dual degree agreement with UAS Worms. The information session will be led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olympia Vedar, Head of the Department of Business Administration, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bozhidar Nedev, responsible for relations with German universities.
