The FEBA Alumni Club and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” are pleased to announce the successful completion of the second edition of the FutureReady #UniCredit initiative, organized in partnership with UniCredit Bulbank.

The program is establishing itself as a key bridge between academia, business, and the alumni community, providing students with valuable practical insights and guidance for building a successful career.

This year, the initiative brought together over 30 students from various bachelor’s programs at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. They had the opportunity to dive into four thematic hubs representing key areas of UniCredit Bulbank’s operations:

• Corporate Banking
• Finance
• Digital Marketing
• Risk Management

Participants met with professionals from the bank, who presented real business cases, processes, and challenges. During the interactive modules, students were able to ask questions, receive feedback, and gain a clearer understanding of their potential career paths.

The FutureReady initiative is a vivid example of the fruitful cooperation between the academic community, the business sector, and the alumni network. The program helps students to:

• expand their professional network;
• explore new career opportunities;
• build confidence in the transition from university to the business world.
