The project is coordinated by Universitatea "Lucian Blaga" din Sibiu - Romania, with the participation of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”, Hellenic Open University - Greece, Canakkale Onsekiz Mart Universitesi - Turkey and Research & Training Point Foundation.

LEARN.Inc aims to promote innovation in teaching and learning at partner universities through inter-institutional collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking that seeks beyond academia and seeks feedback and validation from local communities and stakeholders. The duration is three years and it focuses on encouraging creativity and new opportunities for training students in master's and doctoral programs by implementing projects and solving practical cases.

The project partners will create a virtual environment for testing scientific ideas, an incubator for research projects and an open digital archive. This will develop a new type of effective digital educational ecosystem connecting teachers and students, as well as the educational infrastructures of partner universities.
