The Center for Energy Efficiency EnEffect, the municipal network EcoEnergy and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" will conduct a joint training course on "Renovation of existing residential buildings", aimed at building managers and representatives of condominium associations, homeowners and municipal specialists.

The project is part of the initiatives related to the master's programs of the “Industrial Economics and Management” Department of FEBA – “Facility Management” and “Energy Markets and Services”.

The course consists of 7 lectures, which will be held on the online platform Zoom every Thursday from 17:30, starting from October 22.

EnEffect-FEBA

Registration is available through the official websites and Facebook pages of the organizers. The training presents information on the most important topics related to the management of the building renovation process and quality control of construction activities. The issues that will be addressed are related to:

- technical requirements for building components;

- economic profitability;

- comfort;

- healthy living conditions.

The lectures will be led by the proven specialists of EnEffect, as well as by lecturers from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG). The program will Julian Popov, Chairman of the Buildings Performance Institute.
