Purpose: The programme addresses the organisation's strategic resource - its staff, the formation and development of the organisation as a viable social organism. The main objective is to prepare highly qualified specialists, to master the modern methods and tools for strategic management and development of human capital in the organizations.
Upon completion of the programme the students should know and be able to develop organisational strategy and in particular strategies in human resources development.
Graduates of the programme receive the qualification Master in Human Resource Management and Development

Possible career opportunities for graduates: human resources directors, heads of departments of the same name, specialists in such units - in business and non-profit organizations, as well as in public administration; consultants, lecturers, research staff.
Duration: 1 year (2 semesters), which includes:
- Basic compulsory training - academic disciplines building the professional specialization of a Master in Human Resource Management and Development
- Basic equivalency training - those accepted who fall into the category of non-specialists, are required to undergo additional, two specific courses offered as compulsory electives.
- Proficiency preparation - students choose one of the specializations: Strategic Development, Human Capital Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The disciplines of the chosen specialization become
In addition, a free elective course is provided.
Note: Within a given academic year, training starts only in these specializations which have recruited sufficient candidates according to the Regulations of the University. The remaining students who have chosen a specialization that cannot be are redirected to those started according to the outstanding second and third wish.
- The possibility of studying additional subjects in elective form. The workload and credits for these courses are not counted towards 12 completion of the curriculum.
The training culminates in the defense of a master's thesis, the state sessions being in November and in March respectively (next calendar year)
