The workshop-style seminar with peer business school leaders on effective strategic planning was led by Prof. Ron Tuninga and included members of the Faculty’s Senate as well as representative of other educational and operational roles at FEBA. The team of FEBA explored examples and challenges related to strategic planning – from goal creation and measurement to micro-plans and agile planning methods.

Through interactive exercises, the participants related FEBA’s strategic plan to the AACSB standards and examined relevant, timely examples that would support the planning journey.

The Strategic Planning Seminar is part of FEBA’s efforts to achieve accreditations by AACSB and EFMD, after successfully receiving an accreditation by AMBA in May 2023. Meanwhile, FEBA has also joined the Global Business School Network.

Currently FEBA, Sofia University is the only business school in Bulgaria with membership in AMBA (incl. accreditation), AACSB, EFMD and GBSN.
