For the third year in a row, Assoc. Prof. Alexander Mihailov from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, delivered a specialized course for students, PhD students, interns and colleagues from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The course in International Macroeconomics, which took place in the period 31 October - 3 November 2023, is within the framework of the collaboration with the University of Reading.

Within the course, Assoc. Prof. Mihailov presented modern approaches in the field of international macroeconomics and international finance, as well as static and dynamic macroeconomic approaches to the balance of payments and the exchange rate, which provoked lively discussions and many ideas for future research.
