Assist. Prof. Teodor Daskalov
Assistant Professor Teodor Daskalov holds a master’s degree in "Strategic management". He has postgraduate qualifications in "Public Sector Management" and "Investment Project Management for Water and Sewerage Operators". Since 2020, he has been a part-time lecturer, and as of 2024, he is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
He teaches in both bachelor and master programs at the Faculty.
Since 2023, he has served as the secretary of the postgraduate qualification program "Economics and Management of the Water Supply and Sewerage Industry", a joint initiative of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and the Center for Training and Qualification at Utilities Services.
His research interests focus on marketing and marketing management, game models, and behavior as a tool for improving organizational efficiency. He is the author of articles and teaching materials in the field of nonformal education, games as a tool in education. Currently, he is working on a dissertation that examines consumer issues related to "water stress" and applies marketing models for its mitigation.
He is a practicing specialist and consultant in the management of educational and infrastructure projects, with over 20 years of experience.
