On May 10 at 6:15 pm in Hall 400, Assoc. Prof. Lyubomir Litov from the University of Oklahoma, USA will give a lecture on "Venture Capitalist Directors and Managerial Incentives".

Assoc. Prof. Litov received a doctorate in economics from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University. He has worked at the University of Arizona and the University of Washington in St. Louis. He is also a Research Fellow at the Center for Financial Institutions at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has published research in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Management Science and others.
