The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria organized its traditional Christmas party with code Sparkling this year. Nearly 160 guests were part of the celebration, including members of the Organization, Alumni Club, partners, as well as representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

During the event, thanks to the successful partnership during the year, The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria awarded FEBA with a prize for “Partnership with a flying start”. The faculty and The Council jointly organize the first “Diversity, Equality and Inclusion” Academy in Bulgaria, which will start on January 26, 2023, within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed at the beginning of 2022.

The prize was presented by Tsvetanka Mincheva, CEO of UniCredit Bulbank and Chairman of the Board of The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boryana Bogdanova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and Head of the Career Center, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev, Dean of FEBA. The event was attended by the director of the academy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iya Petkova, and the head of the master’s program “Business Administration - Strategic Management” in English, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ivan Angelov.
