The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the First English Language School have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening the links between secondary and higher education and encouraging students’ interest in economics and business disciplines.
The agreement was formalized during a meeting between the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev, and the Director of the school, Mr. Alexander Chakmakov. The meeting was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ivan Angelov, Vice-Dean for MBA Programs and Business Training, and Prof. Dr. Eleonora Stancheva-Todorova, Executive Director of the Career Center at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

The partnership between the two institutions envisages the development of joint initiatives focused on students’ career orientation, promoting economic education, and creating opportunities for students to participate in academic events, lectures, and educational initiatives organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
The cooperation is part of the Faculty’s broader efforts to build sustainable partnerships with leading schools in the country and to support the development of future generations of economists and business leaders.
