The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) Assoc. Prof. Atanas Georgiev and Chief Assist. Prof. Plamen Petkov from the Faculty of Physics attended the annual meeting of the International Nuclear Management Academy (INMA), an IAEA-facilitated collaboration between universities and other educational institutions that have established, or plan to establish, nuclear technology management (NTM) master’s degree programmes.

INMA

The INMA-endorsed NTM programmes target current and future managers working in the nuclear energy sector, including power and non-power applications. INMA operates as a programme activity of the Nuclear Knowledge Management Section of the IAEA’s Department of Nuclear Energy.

The representatives of Sofia University presented the progress of the future program to be developed at Sofia University and discussed possible partnership with the other institutes from the INMA initiative.
