Assist. Prof. Nikoleta Voynova, PhD
Lecturer (part-time since 2023, full-time since 2025) at the Faculty of Economics and Administrator of the Master’s Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer.
She graduated in Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (2021). From 2021 to 2025, she was a full-time doctoral student at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Between 2022 and 2024, she held the position of Junior Expert at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. Among her main responsibilities are procedural representation, drafting of legal opinions, analysis of national and international legislation, as well as participation in projects, working groups, and committees of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and other institutions.
From 2023 to 2025, she worked as a Legal Advisor and Intellectual Property Specialist under Activity 3.5 of the project Innovation and Technology Transfer Marker (SUMMIT) at Sofia University. She has also gained professional experience through internships and specialized training programs at Bulgarian and international institutions, including the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Supreme Judicial Council, the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the European Patent Office, and Heidelberg University (Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg), among others.
