Design and synthesis of methylenebisphosphonic acid derivatives containing heterocyclic groups to the central carbon atom. Preparation of salts of substituted methylenebisphosphonic acid as potential active substances

Synthesis of new phosphorous-containing coumarin derivatives – Synthetic methods for preparation of phosphorous-containing coumarins via Knoevenagel, Arbuzov and Perkow reactions

Reactions of conjugated nucleophilic addition. Developed a novel one-pot tandem reaction for hydrogenation / acylation of 3-substituted coumarins

Bioorthogonal chemical reactions

-Synthesis of high reactive and selective strained cyclooctynes for copper-free click reaction

-Preparation of unnatural monosaccharides bearing chemical reporters
