On November 15 and 19, Yoanna Tomova, brand and PR manager in the NIVEA team in Beiersdorf Bulgaria, gave two guest lectures to the students of the courses “Gamification in Business and Education” and “Marketing and Digital Marketing”.

The topics of Ms. Tomova's lectures were “Gamification: successful examples for small and large brands” and “NIVEA: the pioneer of modern skincare… or how to build a sustainable brand for more than a century”. The second guest lecture was presented entirely in English, and both were met with great interest by the students.

The guest speaker is a brand manager with experience in healthcare, FMCG and cosmetics industries. She graduated from the Department of Cognitive Science and Psychology at NBU with a focus on consumer psychology and behavioral research. He continued his higher education with a master's degree at the University College London School of Medicine with an emphasis on health management and clinical research. She was part of the WHO management team in Geneva, where she was responsible for the implementation and communication of health policies, incl. public relations with the public sector in UN member states.

She was part of the marketing team of Danone Bulgaria for 3 years, where she was responsible for the development of local and international brands in the dynamic environment of the food business. He is currently a brand and PR manager in the NIVEA team in Beiersdorf Bulgaria, where he manages the largest category of the NIVEA brand. She is responsible for ATL activities, analyzing the market situation, launching innovative products, optimizing the portfolio in the country, as well as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects in support of non-governmental organizations.
