On May 18 and 19, 2023, at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) of the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", was held the first international meeting under the GreenWithAR project, financed by the Erasmus+ program, KA220, Cooperation partnerships in higher education. Sofia University is the coordinator of the project, supported by the participation of four other countries - Latvijas Universitate (Latvia), Universitatea "Lucian Blaga" din Sibiu (Romania), GedonSoft GmbH (Germany) and Canakkale Onsekiz Mart Universitesi (Turkey).

At the meeting in Sofia, the main goals and tasks of the project were presented. An action plan for the first six months of its implementation was also discussed, as well as the communication tools that would ensure the development of the public, as well as the scientific community.

The project has a 28-month implementation period and aims to support the digital and "green" knowledge of young people. It also should raise the awareness of a sustainable environment, in the context of climate change issues. The introduction of new training methods is also planned.

During the meeting, organized by FEBA, was elected a Project Management Board, which includes one representative of each of the participating institutions. The project is expected to create conditions for sustainable partnerships, expand the coordinator's network of partner organizations and maintain dialogue with various stakeholders.
