The recently concluded agreement between the Bulgarian-Australian Business Council and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" opens new opportunities for the training of highly qualified specialists through short-term and long-term partnerships with higher education institutions in Australia and New Zealand. The areas covered by the agreement are economics, management, finance, accounting and auditing, as well as big data analysis and modeling in business by enhancing theoretical knowledge and developing practical skills among students.

This agreement will provide an opportunity to enrich the curricula in the bachelor's and master's programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, by including real cases from practice in the field of foreign trade relations between Bulgaria and Australia, respectively New Zealand. The partnership between the faculty and the council aims to provide student internships and lecture visits to higher education institutions in both countries, as well as support the career guidance and motivation of the lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Within the educational process and educational exchange, joint lectures, specialized trainings, round tables, conferences and other events will be held, including in line with the postgraduate qualification programs at Sofia University.

The agreement between the Bulgarian-Australian Business Council and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration opens up new academic horizons for all students and lecturers interested in the development of finance and investment in Australia and New Zealand.
