The European Commission funds and supports the project KA2 COOPERATION/ PARTNERSHIP, Project № 2024-2-BG01-KA220-YOU-000293367, Project Title “Green Digital Hub for Startups and Social Enterprises”. Assoc. Prof. Savina Mihaylova -Goleminova is a project manager of the project on behalf of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA).
Main objective of the project: Enhancing young people's entrepreneurial skills through AI and digital tools.
Duration:
The planned project implementation period is 24 months – 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2026.
Objectives: What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?
The project aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of young people by focusing on AI and digital tools to start and manage social enterprises. It addresses the need for innovative solutions in regions facing energy transitions to create green new businesses and startups. Through online courses and practical workshops, young people will acquire practical skills. Expected outcomes include improved employability, digital learning tools, and sustainable green entrepreneurship.
Implementation: What activities are you going to implement?
The project will implement a range of activities, including online and in-person workshops, an "AI-Driven Capacity Building Course for Young Entrepreneurs" and the development of digital learning tools. Participants will engage in role-playing scenarios, practical simulations, and collaborative exercises to apply AI and digital skills to startup management. Additionally, events for knowledge dissemination will be held in partner countries to promote the outcomes and impact of the project.
Results: What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?
The project aims to deliver several key outcomes: an AI-Driven Capacity Building Course, digital learning tools for young entrepreneurs, and role-playing simulations to develop entrepreneurial skills. These resources will be hosted on an accessible e-learning platform, providing theoretical and practical knowledge for managing startups. The project will enhance digital literacy, boost youth employability, and foster a community of socially and environmentally responsible entrepreneurs.
