On January 26 and 27, Utilities Magazine and the Center for Educational Services (CES) at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” conducted an online training on “Electricity Trade and Energy Services”. Representatives of energy traders, industrial energy consumers and others took part in the training. The training is part of the initiatives related to the master's program "Energy Markets and Services" at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”.

The aim of the seminar was to contribute to the development of electricity retailers in several aspects:

  • To increase their knowledge of the market by receiving information on both consumer requirements and competitive practices;
  • To describe the prospects of entering the green deal;
  • To provide technological facilities for operational management of contracts in view of the growing number of customers.

  • Todor Matev, Retail Sales Director, CEZ Electro Bulgaria.
