Zlatka Gospodinova, senior expert at the Balkan Institute for Labor and Social Policy, gave a guest lecture on December 18th in the master’s program "Responsible and Sustainable Governance". The topic of the lecture was "Social Audit".

The masters of the program got acquainted with the profession of social auditor and the necessary qualification for practice, as well as the difference between second and third degree audit.

During her lecture, Ms. Gospodinova also focused on other important aspects of the topic:

• The stages for conducting a social audit - step by step;
• The composition of the team of social auditors;
• Examples from the garment industry.

Zlatka Gospodinova also presented to the students her personal impressions of social audits in Bulgaria.
