Intelligent Systems will support the CRM course with lectures and demonstrations in the next 3 lectures:

• on April 6 (tuesday): Ivan Dikov will talk and demonstrate Customer Service
• on April 13 (tuesday): Stanislava Ilieva – Sales
• on April 20 (tuesday): Maria Tzolova – Marketing

Lectures will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (online) for demonstrations. They will share their experience with implementation of the software at different companies.
