The management team of Lidl Bulgaria underwent training at the ESG Academy of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The Academy was attended by 12 participants who learned about the basic concepts of sustainability, crises, sustainable leadership, climate and carbon neutral economy, etc.

"During the specialized corporate trainings, company teams have the opportunity to both enter the theory of sustainable management topics and discuss specific aspects of real processes and projects related to the environmental and social aspects of their activity. Group work allows them to discuss both the international and European best practices from their industry and identify areas for improvement that they can plan from the very next day", shared Dr. Marina Stefanova, head of the master's program "Responsible and Sustainable Governance" in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, and head of the ESG Academy.
