The traditional PM Summit 2024 hosted the first student hackathon for the next generation of project managers. The hackathon provided an opportunity for participants to apply their skills to real-world challenges, focusing on innovations in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) field. The students developed creative, sustainable solutions with mentorship and access to training in project management and ESG, as well as useful tools and techniques.
The team "The Visionary Collective", which included active participation from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, developed a hybrid funding model for the first mobile visual science center in Bulgaria and the region, a project by the FEB Foundation. Magdalena Marteva, the project leader for Kaleidoscope, mentored the team.
The model was evaluated by a jury, which awarded it the prestigious third place, competing with 12 teams of motivated young participants. All students had the opportunity to present their ideas and connect with their peers, professionals, and experts to gain experience and knowledge.
