The fifth edition of the Career in ESG Professional Orientation Week at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration will open with professional discussions and demonstrations focused on the role of data and technology in sustainable development, including showcases of innovative software solutions.
In the first panel discussion “Sustainability Data – Who, Where, What, and How Much?” international and Bulgarian experts from academia, business, and the public sector will address the lack of sufficient, accurate, and comparable information on ESG indicators. From different perspectives, participants will explore potential and trustworthy data sources and solutions. The discussion will emphasize the need for transparency, data interoperability, and the development of a culture of information sharing.
The second session “Digital Solutions for ESG” will focus on technological tools that facilitate the collection and analysis of ESG data. Experts will share practices on using artificial intelligence to identify inconsistencies, automate reporting, and forecast risks.
The event will also feature a demonstration of Yodiwo’s ESG software platform, a comprehensive system for ESG management and reporting that enables automated data extraction, visualization of key indicators, and report preparation in line with European standards.
The event is free to attend and will take place on October 11, 2025 (Saturday), at 2:00 p.m. in Room 315 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
The discussion will be held in English, and the full program for the week can be found here.
