As part of the doctoral support project “Innovation Culture as a Factor for the Development of Enterprises in the Food Industry” (contract No. 80-10-102/28.05.2025), PhD student Plamen Ivanov presented a report titled “Assessment of Innovation Culture in Bulgarian Dairy Processing Enterprises” during the 72nd International Scientific Conference “Food Science, Engineering and Technologies – 2025”, organized by the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv.

In his research, PhD student Ivanov presented the results of an analysis of innovation culture in enterprises from the dairy processing industry. The report has been prepared for peer review and subsequent publication in the journal Economic Alternatives of the University of National and World Economy, which is indexed in Scopus.

Under the same project, Plamen Ivanov will also participate in the 28th International Annual Conference “Transforming Futures: Sustainability, Innovation, and Governance”, organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University. He will take part in the panel “The New EU Competitiveness Compass, Bulgarian Policy on State Participation in Public Enterprises and Innovation Potential”, where he will present a report titled “Culture as a Factor for Innovation Potential and Innovation Performance”.
