On March 30, Ankur Mithal, an expert from the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in India, gave a guest lecture to students from the Master's program "Outsourcing Projects and Companies". Mr. Mithal presented some specifics of the business both in India and the Philippines related to human resource management. He also discussed with the students an approach to planning and hiring staff, as well as trends in the sector in 2021.

The presentation is part of a series of guest lectures by experts with extensive practical experience in the course "Management of outsourcing projects and companies", led by Dr. Hristina Stoyanova. The course has a strong practical orientation, as the students discuss real business cases and conduct their own research in both Bulgarian and foreign companies.

The management of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) plans to continue and expand its partnership with representatives from India within the master's program "Outsourcing projects and companies".
