Assoc. Prof. Mihaylova gave a lecture on "Rule of Law and Management of European Funds". The topic is popular in connection with the new programming period (2021-2027), as the rule of law is the backbone of any modern constitutional democracy. It is one of the fundamental principles stemming from the common constitutional traditions of all EU members, as well as one of the core values on which the EU is based.
