Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova from the Industrial Economics and Management department at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) was guest-lecturer in a webinar organized by Faculty of Management and Administration at the Saint Joseph University (FGM, USG) – Beirut, Lebanon. Assoc. Prof. Mihaylova presented the topic “Corporate governance framework of the State-owned enterprises: the Bulgarian case study” to students and faculty members on 30 March 2021.

She presented during the conference the current trends in the corporate governance framework of the State-owned enterprises in Bulgaria in line with international good practices.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of FGM - Prof. Dr. Fouad Zmokhol, and the Dean of FEBA - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev.

The lecture is a part of series of presentations under the cooperation between FEBA and FGM, USJ.
