On March 14, a guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Silvia Toneva, a specialist in university didactics. Within the framework of the course program, she directed participants’ attention to techniques for engaging learners. The attendees developed skills in applying methods related to storytelling and game-based approaches in a university environment. The doctoral students in the course, with a combined professional experience of over 100 years, demonstrated creative thinking and a willingness to experiment with game-based formats focused on experiential learning.

Gamification is strongly represented in numerous academic programs at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Through the design of this course, continuity and the transfer of know-how are reinforced—professional experience accumulated by more experienced colleagues is incorporated into the repertoire of the next generation of lecturers.
