In the academic year 2024/2025, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) in partnership with the Trust for Social Achievement (TSA) will launch a pilot series of debates focused on diversity and inclusion. The debates will be held monthly in Block 3, Hall 320. Students interested in participating can register by October 31, 2024, here.

What is a Debate?
A debate is a discussion or a structured competition on a pre-determined topic. It serves as a means to explore and resolve problems and controversial issues.
Who Can Participate?
- Students from all majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
- Employees from our partner companies who are interested in the discussed topics.
What Do You Gain by Participating?

- For or against the introduction of quotas on company boards – 11/21/2024
- For or against government regulation on inclusion and diversity in the workplace – 12/12/2024
The Trust for Social Achievement is a non-governmental organization working to reduce poverty and inequality in Bulgarian society. It operates four main programs:
1/ "Early Childhood Development" – with two sub-programs: "The First 1000 Days" and "Learning and Early Childhood Care";
2/ "Educational Opportunities and Achievements";
3/ "Economic Development and Access to Employment" – with two sub-programs: "Regulation and Housing Conditions" and "Employment and Entrepreneurship";
