On March 10, 2024, within the framework of the course "Tax and Customs Policy of the EU," led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tsvetan Madanski, a guest lecture was delivered by Mr. Rayko Raykov, Chief Expert in the Training Department, Human Resources Management Directorate at the National Revenue Agency.

Students from the Master's Program in "Customs and Tax Control" were introduced to the organizational management structure of the Central Administration of the National Revenue Agency, the overall tax policy, and the tax system in the Republic of Bulgaria.

A fruitful discussion ensued between the lecturer and the students regarding the types of taxes that contribute to the state budget, as well as the concepts of remunerated and gratuitous supplies.
