On 28–29 November 2025, the International Scientific Conference “Leadership and Organizational Development” takes place at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The event features the participation of Prof. Dr. Sci. Tsvetan Davidkov together with colleagues — Assoc. Prof. Olympia Vedar and Chief Assist. Prof. Sylvia Toneva — as well as co-author Prof. Dr. Econ. Sci. Neviana Krasteva.

The first presented paper is entitled “Strategies for Integrating Game-Based Resources in Education” — co-authors: Tsvetan Davidkov, Olympia Vedar, and Sylvia Toneva. The second paper is titled “Gamification in Human Resource Management Education” — co-authors: Tsvetan Davidkov, Neviana Krasteva, and Olympia Vedar.

Through these two papers, the authors present current research in the field of educational strategies and the use of game-based and gamification approaches in teaching — an approach that is increasingly important in contemporary methods of instruction and human resource development. Their participation in the conference highlights the faculty’s active research engagement and its commitment to innovative and interdisciplinary studies.
