The conference will begin with a day entirely devoted to big data management. In today's business world, the ability to collect, analyze, and control vast amounts of information is key to success. Experts from Snowflake and Ab Initio, two companies playing a significant role in the data field, will share their experiences. Snowflake is known for its innovations in data warehousing, while Ab Initio specializes in efficient data transfer between different systems. Participants will have the unique opportunity to test the products of these companies on-site and evaluate how they can be applied in their own businesses or work environments through participation in interactive workshops.

Special attention will be paid to data structuring – a fundamental aspect of creating effective data warehouses that facilitate data access, maintenance, and scalability. Understanding how to model and organize our data can significantly ease business operations and support growth.

A significant focus of the event will also be the role of Business Intelligence (BI) in turning data into actionable insights. In an era where information is a key resource, the ability to analyze and interpret data is more important than ever. Companies like Schwarz are leading the way with their self-service platforms, which democratize data analysis and enable employees at all levels to generate personalized reports and monitoring. Such tools not only improve efficiency but also foster innovative thinking.

In the second part of the conference, attention will be turned to one of the most exciting developments in technology today – artificial intelligence. Beyond analyzing the past and present, AI technologies offer a glimpse into the future by uncovering optimization opportunities in sales, logistics, and many other areas. Generative AI transforms the way we create content, from text and images to music and code. Despite their transformation potential, these technologies also bring risks of misuse and ethical challenges.

DataCon 2024 will provide a platform for discussing these important issues through a panel discussion on current and future AI regulation policies and their impact on innovation and ethical practices in technology. The panel represents a unique opportunity for participants to learn more about the challenges and opportunities that AI regulation brings and how they can influence the future of technology.

DataCon Sofia 2024 promises to be a key event for anyone interested in the future of big data and artificial intelligence. The conference is the perfect place for professionals and enthusiasts to expand their knowledge, engage in meaningful discussions, and create new connections. Don't miss the chance to be part of this exciting exchange of ideas and innovations in the heart of Sofia.
